Can we use our own domain and branding?
Yes. Every institution gets a branded portal — logo, colours and name — on portal.yourcollege.edu.ng or a subdomain we provide. We hand you the DNS records and verify the setup with you.
Do we need an in-house IT team?
No. Scholarium is hosted, updated and backed up by us. Most colleges run it with a registrar, a bursar and one staff member holding admin access.
How do our existing records get in?
Send your student lists as CSV or Excel. We map the columns, import in a staging pass for you to check, then confirm the live migration.
